was good too!!!!) outside was crispy and inside was soft gooey yam mmmmm. the sweet and sour ‘pork’ was pretty average, just like most veg ones out there, so I guess the yam ring really carried one for the team aha:”) $28 for a huge portion!
too much nuggets >< suggest to go for the yam ring vege version if you are not a fan of “mock meat”
bao sauce. tbh prefer the veggie one bc there was a good balance between the light veggies and the heavy deep fried yam ring. this was in general too unhealthy for us to like HAHA the mock meat used is the same as the sweet and sour pork, and once again tough and not crispy, really meh. sauce wasn’t overly spicy but I didn’t really like it that much, and they kinda went overboard with the sauce so the yam ring was soaked in it and it wasn’t as crispy anymore! the yam ring was still really flavorful and better than many places out there, but would 10/10 recommend the other yam ring!!
