The soup of the day was a porcini mushroom and snow fungus Chinese style soup.

It was very flavorful, quite thick, and with plenty of ingredients inside.

This is also the soup of the day but it was pumpkin soup this time.

It was rich but not too heavy, with hints of other vegetables as well.
