stronger as the server walks closer to you. Hahah.
But seriously, I really enjoy having the aroma of truffle in every bite. Maybe it's just me!
The mushrooms are cooked well to maintain flavour and chewiness, and the minced soy acts as a friendly compliment. Ramen is chewy and helps to slurp up more flavour. I was a bit surprised at the fried lotus. It is good, but I feel this dish would do better with some charred nai bai 儶ē½ or something similar~ š
with my eyes lol. The aroma of truffles wasnt to empowering, much to my delight. The portion size turns out to be much bigger than expected too, with generous amounts of minced mushrooms and 'meat'. The crispy fried lotus root on the side was surprisingly an excellent compliment to the dish. However, the noodles were a little overcooked that day which cause it to be a little soggy otherwise, it would have been perfect!
minced mock meat. The fried lotus roots added a unique texture and were just right in quantity. The noodles also soaked up most of the gravy and was delish! Good value for money.
