Sambal Petai Fried Rice

Nice and fragrant with good rice texture. The portion is just right for one person.

I like the amount of vegetables use in the fried rice, the amount of petai is substantial as well. I would like it to be a bit more spicy for my taste 🤭

Could be spicier and saltier but still good nevertheless..
