Cute name for a vegan sandwich! 🥪
Galveston Island is notoriously difficult for vegans but this
bistro is a hidden gem! The staff is knowledgeable about which items can be modified and which are automatically vegan.
This dish didn’t need any changes and came with mushrooms, tomato, onions, #artichoke, white bean spread. EVERYTHING here homemade, including the breads and spreads. They take a lot of care with the food and the chef came out to check on us twice. I wouldn’t order this dish again as the pastas looked even better and I want to try that. #sandwich #smallbusiness
