White base wood-fired pizza with the magic of cauliflower purée! Nothing is impossible at Gigi’s!



The pizza was topped with perfectly cooked cauliflower florets, artichokes, pinenuts, capers, currants, garlic, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil. I’m not the biggest fan of capers but they added a subtle salty flavour that didn’t overpower the rest of the ingredients. And as to be expected from Gigi’s, the star of the dish was the magnificent pizza base!
