This is the large bowl, which is more than enough to fill you up. I
liked the broth, but overall the ramen was not very flavorful. I probably wouldn't get this again unless I add some sort of sauce.
The website says this contains: Rice Noodles, Kale, Corn, Tofu, Bean Sprout, Scallion, and Veggie Broth. But tbh I didn't see bean sprouts.
