Another excellent dish from French Meadow.

This is much heartier than a typical grilled cheese because it’s filled with cooked cauliflower and some sort of mayo or aioli. The flavor is perfect. I can’t wait to order it again.

I loved the cauliflower mixed in with the cheese, they blend very well together.

The flavor was so good, and very filling.
