LOVED this! It has vegan chickin, cucumber, pickled daikon&carrots, hatch chili, cilantro, and sriracha aioli.
Similar flavors to a banh mi. It was superr flavorful and the sourdough was so crisp and buttery. This made me re-fall in love with paninis—I was obsessed. The side salad was light and refreshing with a vinaigrette that was bright and just perfectly complimented the richness of the panini. 10/10 🤤
