Comfort food with a kick from Freakin’ Vegan!
The Mac and cheese was creamy, and the thinly sliced sweet-n-spicy Buffalo Chick'n pieces were covered in a mildly spicy (5/10) Vegan Bleu Cheese Dressing that picks up its spiciness from the Buffalo Chick’n.
I didn’t think to mix the pasta and Chick’n together till almost the end, and feel that it would be even better if I did, as the Chick’n sauce texture became too overwhelming mid meal. There was a good portion (about 3 cups worth) of pasta and (about 1-1.5 cups)...
