Very tasty plate which makes you full and happy.

You get brioche and a Brötchen.

I love

the whole idea of doing a complete sustainable bakery and restaurant without human animal harm. ( anti speciesism )

That means so much to think of:
fair sallery
Good produce, no contacts to slafe labour chain, Bio, no harm to animals,
No harm to humans.

I understand also the need of getting something out of it to have a good life.

But I wonder recently in Berlin a lot about quality and prices.
Half of berlins restaurant are definitely not hygienic.
Products have bearly standarts.
Prices going through the roof….

Even here In a high ratet restaurant/ bistro I feel
13€ is a bit much regarding no service / self service.

The most Profit comes probably from the coffee. Which is 4 € fair trade bio.

Its always a treat going there and having a pistachio croissant.

But it is frustrating with how less effort in general you can serve people in Berlin and rinse them easily off.

Is the time of goods quality and cheap food over? Maybe it never existed in Germany and we cant compare the london quality.

In general this is a good start but Sustainability should not be expensive.

Its sad that this is just nothing for middle class earners, more than once a month and you might struggle. If you think u get a even bigger mezza plate for 7 € in Kreuzberg. Maybe also not completely comparable.

Its trust in the end that everyone creates standarts. And some have to start this game.
