I was so excited to try this burger and when the time came it was amazing! Tonight, they also could make it a juicy-lucy version so the patty was stuffed with cheese! This burger definitely had a lot of garlic but didn't leave me with garlic breath the rest of the night. This burger features Francis's house-made black bean patty, Herbivorous Butcher's garlic pepper havarti and bacon, and roasted garlic berbere aioli. I was thinking that it's one of the more expensive burgers you can find in the city at $16, but considering that it comes with fries for no extra charge and there isn't an additional service fee (although you do still need to tip), it comes out to be similar.

This was so deliciously garlicky! It’s a house-made black bean patty with Follow Your Heart cheese, Herbivorous Butcher bacon, roasted garlic berbere aioli, lettuce, and pickled onion on a brioche bun.
