Francis finally opened their brick and mortar location!!! Right now they're only offering takeout, but
that means I can finally try their chicken sandwich! When they had the trailer outside of Sociable, chicken sandwiches were only available on Wednesday. With their own storefront, they're available everyday!
This sandwich is so meaty and delicious. The chicken is incredible and kind of freaky! Remember when vegan chicken was pretty much just bready? This is really great and holds enough moisture and has a nice texture. The brioche bun is so nice and buttery. The mayo , pickles, and lettuce then brought it all together. My favorite thing from McDonald's as a kid was the crispy chicken sandwich, and this really hits that nostalgia for me, only it's way better!
