Delicious white asparagus with potatoes, hollandaise sauce and vegan carrot-based "salmon". The asparagus was perfectly

smooth and a great match with the aromatic hollandaise (which was a tiny bit too fluid though and could have been creamier). The carrot-based vegan "salmon" didn't taste like carrots at all and had a subtle fish-like flavour which could have been stronger in my opinion. As asparagus is a seasonal vegetable in Germany, this dish might only be available during asparagus season (usually from April-mid June), so keep that in mind if you want to try this dish. All in all, a great fully-vegan restaurant with a great variety of food. The restaurant is currently open for take-away or dining in without any Corona restrictions, but as restrictions in Germany are changing very quickly and all the time, make sure to inform yourself about them if you plan on dining in and don't have a complete vaccine passport or proof of recovery.
