Just like it seems, it tastes mid as well. It's common for these small institutions
not to cater well for the small community of vegans and vegetarians as it's not financially sustainable for them. At the same time, it still seems uninclusive to not provide a proper vegan option. There are many ways to make it "sustainable" and could even create initiatives for earth day to consume plant based food. The lack of proper options upsets me and I feel bad for the rest of the group who would have to bring in food from their homes to thrive through the day. It's disappointing the options are "veganized" that ends up being mediocre and not worth the money and appetite to feast on.
