I feel like... I finally have a 炸醬麵 again! Haha. The sauce was quite savoury,
but I wouldn't say it was too much. The fillings is a good minced of beancurd, mushroom and omni pork. Noodles were really springy. I like how they accommodated helping to pack the noodles and sauce in 2 different bring-my-own bowls!
Omnipork ramen was a surprise - I initially thought it would be soupy ramen and
so did not expect the dry dandan noodle style dish that was served. But beyond this, the ramen was tasty and filling. The sauce was not too rich and the Omnipork had a nice texture which complemented to noodle base.
At $5 this dish is worth every cent. It’s a generous portion and the sauce
was tasty. The portion of OnmiMeat was more than I had expected. Great value!!
Really missed ramen/noodles with mince meat and this totally satisfy me!!!😍
I love ramen and I did enjoy this but probably wouldn’t order again.
I pictured something
different and this didn’t satisfy my cravings.
Was a little thicker than I Expected, not the traditional ramen base I wanted.
