I’ve never been crazy about empanadas but felt I should try it as there was

a plant based shop so close. This was dry and hard with the thick dough on the outside. It was very hot with lots of mushroom inside. She offered it with a sauce and maybe I should have gone for that. I wouldn’t rush back here but maybe it’s not my thing. #plantbased #empanadas

This is one of my favorite empanada flavors from this place! Mezcal-garlic mushrooms in a

spinach dough. Tasty and 2-3 of these is filling. My only complaint is that the dough is a little tough where it's pinched, I'd prefer it a bit softer--but overall still tasty and I've eaten here several times.
