I’ve realized after trying pancakes from other vegan restaurants, im not a huge fan of

the rocket cakes from follow your heart. These pumpkin spice rocket cakes were on the specials brunch menu. I could taste a slight hint of pumpkin spice, but tbh it overall didn’t taste like much. The rocket cakes are also a bit dry, although it’s improved slightly once the maple syrup is poured on top. The special came with a side of cranberry sauce and a vegan sausage, both of which I enjoyed. Next time I come back to follow your heart tho, I’m gonna be skipping on the rocket cakes.

These pancakes were pretty good. The texture is probably the best part of these because

of how light and fluffy they are. As far as taste, they are kind of bland but then again I didn’t order it with added fruit. I could definitely see myself ordering this again, except with bananas and raspberries next time since I’m not a big fan of just the plain rocket cakes.
