Reuben

My husband’s favorite Reuben in L.A. though he’s wrong, Locali is best. Anyway you get

pastrami seitan, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and vegenaise on rye. Choice of cheese or the cottage-style tofu. Both ways work.

The meat was super savory. It wasn’t too heavy but it was filling and comforting.
