I'm a little overdue in posting this for #InternationalBeerAndPizzaDay because my request to add Floralia
was just processed (they were previously What it Dough). Fantastic pizza, as with all their pies. Full of pesto flavor and the Nut Goat Cheese paired well with it, as well as the artichokes that we had added. Their pizzas are wood-fired, so they naturally come out on the crispy-crunchy side, but if you prefer a soft crust, they make it work. I was surprised how quick they were this time, just 10 min. It's usually a lot longer, but not a big deal. You can either order ahead, or right after you order, go to Whole Foods just down the road, and pick out a favorite beverage while you wait.
