Cotoletta viennese buonissima! È a base di proteine dei piselli, la consistenza e il sapore

erano ottimi. Era accompagnata da un’insalata mista davvero ben condita.
Sono stata molto felice di aver potuto mangiare la tipica cotoletta viennese completamente plant-based.

This restaurant is known for their non vegan schnitzel and is quite a touristic place.

However we had friends from another country visiting who wanted to try so I had the delight of trying the restaurants vegan schnitzel from the brand planted. It was a solid schnitzel with the right amount of crunch in the batter. However also nothing super special but it was nice to be included when eating in such a traditional restaurant.
