This consisted of umami-rich smoked, grilled, and barbecued oyster mushrooms, tender braised smoky greens
with onions, creamy mac and cheese with freshly made macaroni, cashew cheese sauce, and breadcrumbs, and griddled cornbread with a crisped exterior and fluffy interior. It had a great combination of deliciousness.
