Rasam is a comforting clear and spicy South Indian soup, often had with sambar rice

or by itself. A tomato base made with tamarind, tomatoes, spices and herbs. I’m usually very sus about burgers but this was so flavourful! Stacked between their house-made tomato spread and coriander spread, is the #TiNDLE chicken itself, bursting with rasam flavours and breaded with puffed rice, cherry tomatoes and an appalam/papadam on top.

At $10, it’s probably the most affordable way to try TiNDLE.

This was the best dish I had there! It's from their tapas menu which is

quite a delightful mix of Indian-inspired small bites. This cost $8++. Quite reasonable and fairly satiating. I personally am a rasam lover and it doesn't taste exactly like rasam but captures its essence well! The TiNDLE chicken is soft, seared and chewy, texturally great. The burger comes with papadum, chutney, and tomato in it. Complements the patty so well! Other than this dish, other dishes were really misses, sadly. Ambience at this restaurant was disappointing too, as it had potential but sadly was not done well.
