Another pastry option from #Brighton #trainstation. This croissant was unfortunately a little burnt, but otherwise
fine. Tasted like it was brushed with an #apricot glaze, which was a nice touch! Not as good as their pan au chocolat, but still great to see so many vegan options in a little train station stall!
