This was unlike any bok choy I’ve had! The pickled slices of garlic on top
had some nice bite and acidity to them and the salty brown sauce balanced it all out. I can’t place the flavor of the sauce (maybe a little nutty?) but it was tasty and paired well with the delicate flavor of the baby bok choy.
