This was a huge disappointment for me. I usually get an omelette when I go
to Evviva, but this time I wanted to try one of their new vegan menu items. I've had some amazing vegan chick'n and waffles at other restaurants (I'm looking at you, Hogtown 👀), so I was excited to try Evviva's version... This is not worth the $22 price tag. I left hungry after eating this. It was more expensive than my usual omelette, and, well... you can see how bare the plate was. The portion of coleslaw was miniscule. The waffle itself tasted nice but was too crunchy. It was also not very dense (and therefore not filling) at all. The menu does specify that the chick'n is Gardein strips, so I wasn't surprised by that (I love Gardein), but I wish they'd have come up with something more original.
