Crunchy and delicious - the mozzarella was spot on!
Ethos is our number one go-to spot for dining out, hands down. They always have
a great selection of nice beers, including a rotating sour that never disappoints. Bruschetta is a classic appetizer, and Ethos’ vegan version certainly lives up to the name. We’ve had it several times and this time it was the best, everything was balanced perfectly. I would have reviewed their chicken wrap as well if I didn’t forget to snap a photo before devouring it >_<
