I’ve never been to an all-vegan bakery, so I was actually overwhelmed with my choices
and it took me a long time to decide on which dessert I wanted! When I took my first bite of this cupcake I knew it was the right decision! This cupcake was the best one I’ve ever had, vegan or not! The not-too-sweet cinnamon-spiced cupcake was interlaced with tart juicy cranberries, and topped with a fantastic cream cheese frosting and yummy cinnamon apple chunks! I was seriously in awe of how tasty this treat was! My non-vegan sister tried it and loved it too!! Thank you Erin McKenna’s Bakery!😊💗
