We always try to get something we've never had before and this seemed like a
unique and tasty dish. We've tried a lot of the dishes here at Enjoy Vegetarian, and everything is phenomenal, but this might be my new favorite. The taro was cut into perfect bite sized cubes and cooked so perfectly. The pumpkin was sort of crispy and so luscious! The vegan lamb was yummy too. And the cabbage on the bottom was amazing!
We really loved this dish, and also the Sweet and Sour Chicken, and the spicy wontons!
This was a VERY satisfying meal!
