This "fake" donut sure looked like the real thing, but was actually an iced dessert!!
It had a base of cactus fruit jam, a ring of cactus fruit ice cream, and coating of dark chocolate. Yum, yum and yum 😋. Chef Alexis always uses seasonal produce from the garden, and the cactii surrounding the restaurant were billowing with fruit.
