It's time for the Carnaval dessert course!! In addition to the previously reviewed chocolate cake
with creamy multi-colored frosting, a traditional cornmeal pancake with prickly pear cactus fruit was the additional offering. The corn taste came through and this savory pancake was sweetened with the marmalade. Another themed, 5-course menu by Chef Alexis and his daughter, Claudia.
