Big news for Central Maui! Earth Aloha Eats has opened up a second food truck,

and this one is in Kahului! The Buddha Bowl is as great as it was when I used to get it all the time at the prior Kahului location (before the move to Lahaina). This one is next to the Courtyard by Marriott, across from Costco. Maui seems to be getting more 100% vegan eateries every month. #MauiVegan

On Sunday nights, Joy, Gabor & Joe (the affable co-owners of Aloha Joy) take their

food truck from their usual location in Kihei to the Maui Sunday Market at KahuluI ShoppIng Center. That’s where I had thIs dish tonight. It’s beautiful to look at and *even better to taste*
- dIverse flavors with just a bit of spice. MAHALO! KUDOS!
