This Fungazi Calzone won my and my non-vegan friends' hearts. It paired wonderfully with the
side of truffle cream sauce. I usually leave the crust when eating pizza, but gladly ate every bite of my share. The crust is perfectly light, fluffy, and toasty. Inside are mushrooms, onions, spinach, mozzarella and ricotta. This definitely ranks in my top 5 fave foods ever.
