their standard lotus paste and not durian ☺️ the durian taste in the skin could be a bit stronger, but for $3, it’s hard to complain.
who sold this to me was sweet, kind and was one of the most comforting person I’ve met. As someone who doesn’t understand fluent Chinese he went out of his way to help me explain each dish.
Sometimes people get annoyed when I ask a lot of questions cause your gal wants to be safe and ensure it’s vegan, and he really did explain each dish to his best capability. If you are nearby and want to have some fresh baked items do visit this place :))
This Mooncake tasted good but surely didn’t meet my expectations. The skin was somewhat thin and there were not enough melon seeds. Do note that the filling is a regular lotus paste one. It still satisfied my Mooncake cravings tho, so I’m happy.
