The colors of the dish is pleasing to the eye~ I didnt expect the mushrooms to be fried, but I must say it adds to the texture of the mushroom. And there's no oiliness, only the slight crispiness when you bite in.
Sauce is on the savoury side (well, since it is going bao!) But not over salty. Personally, could be tad bit spicier. #veganuary
