100% vegan southern eats!
This is probably the best vegan shrimp I've had! It is made
from konjac root and the texture is perfect. They were perfectly crispy too! Served with Creole Fries, Cajun Mac, and Coleslaw.
I got the shrimp instead of chicken because the chicken is made of seitan which my body can't handle. Wish they had had options other than seitan for vegan chicken because it looks delicious!
