While this was very enjoyable, I felt like it was missing something and I can’t
quite pinpoint what. Something tangy, acidy, or an extra hint of spice maybe. It needed an extra layer of something. It was fine without but I felt it would have been better with that! Great burger nonetheless and it was nice to have something new, but I will try something else next time.
