Oh Cycle Dogs, how do I love thee? This monster burrito is one of their
frequent and extremely fun specialty offerings (not likely to be repeated soon either, since apparently it took 30+ hours to prep everything for tonight!) and it's delicious. It's been nearly a decade since I've actually eaten meat at Chipotle, so my memory isn't clear, but this perfectly evokes the taste of being 14 and grabbing a meaty burrito while shopping with my mom. (And yes, it is roughly as thick as the wide end of a pint glass!)
