ordering a shake, you can choose which plant milk you’d like mixed in—oat, almond, soy, or coconut milk. I opted for oat. They do not list on their website what the base of their ice cream is, and I forgot to ask, but I do know they use Sicilian pistachios. This shake is so nutty and delicious.
