Chorizo Elote Crepe

Another Vegan Chef Challenge entry! This crepe is filled with chorizo, queso fresco, roasted corn, peppers, and some kind of delicious sauce. It has some heat to it and really delicious chorizo seasoning. The sauce was really flavorful and creamy and I liked the hint of sweetness from the corn. The queso fresco was just a bit dry and kind of chalky for me. As much as I loved the idea of the street-food style presentation, it just wasn't practical to eat. I wish I was given a plate so I could really get all the ingredients in one bite. A fork was definitely used. This crepe is $14. It's definitely a meal, but not quite filling enough imo.
