I love the originality of this sandwich, but it's hard to taste anything but carrot.
Maybe the carrots should be sliced thinner? Maybe a different bun can be used to accentuate the other ingredients? More flavorful sauce? Admittedly, I don't remember the ingredients apart from I think dill?
(Still beats the hell out of any sub place I've been to)
