with #thisuk using their bacon, vegan cheese & fresh tomatoes from Covent Garden market.
I liked it so much I ended up having two!
Perfectly puffy pastry holds it all together. And the cheese melts wonderfully, like all other Coughlan’s vegan baked goods.
Very fairy priced too, considering the cost of a packet of This Isn’t Bacon.
