I am obsessed with these vegan croissants! They are super flakey and the blueberry filling is delicious! #veganuary

Freshly baked in their in-store oven. Crisp pastry on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. Lovely seeds on the top and filled to the brim with sweet and satisfying blueberry jam. Great to grab for breakfast, as a snack or add to lunch.
