This tofu was the best I’ve had since coming to Vietnam a month ago. Crispy

and flavored with lemongrass and chili (however not spicy at all!) and came with a really good soy/sesame sauce. This restaurant is in a hotel in district 1, so is more upscale but definitely worth it! I will be back.

This was really good, wonderfully seasoned tofu. It was only partially cut but it was

kind of fun to tear it apart with chopsticks. The outside had a lovely fried skin and it was the best level of softness/firmness inside
