This was delicious. The tomato sauce so flavourful, thin crispy brinjal and yummy vegan cheese.
The side of crispy rye bread was a nice touch.

This was such a strange presentation. Not expected at all. More soup like with shredded
mozzarella. The brinjal was tasty though. Ciabatta? I think not. Overall disappointing.
