Creamy. Rich. Not Too Sweet. Pistacchio-licious.
I am not the biggest fan of flavored ice
cream unless it is chocolate, but I have to say, this ice cream tasted real and authentic. The pistacchio essence did not overpower the gelato, rather it complimented it in every way.
Between you and me, I scooped a bit of it on my spoon and then dipped it in my cappuccino!
Unlike most flavored ice cream that is flavored unnaturally, this Italian gelato features real Bronte pistachio.
An added perk is that it is truly eye candy! With it's beautiful light green color and presentation in a wine glass, you'll likely call the attention of passerby and fellow restaurant goers alike.
