Yum!! I got zoodles (zucchini noodles) instead of the pasta and it was such a
good decision! Perfect crunch but also tender like regular pasta! The pesto was very good, although it did get oily towards the end of the dish. It also came with very tender tomatoes that I enjoyed quite a lot!
It also comes with toast, I subbed it for gluten-free (for $1.50 extra) and it was very tasty! Could’ve done with an extra bit of toasting but overall no complaints! (If you are allergic to nuts, DON’T get this - the pesto is made with pecans and walnuts!)
thoroughly disappointing. pesto was too salty, underneath the noodles was a pool of liquid &
grease. overall a nauseating, goopy mess.
