Sinful Sundaes - PB & J

Peanut butter ice-cream with sweet raspberry jam, crunchy peanut butter, toasted marshmallow and chocolate peanuts,

and a lovely peanut brittle. We bought this to share but I did all the heavy lifting, sweet and yummy.
