Fried eggplant with veggies in spicy sauce

This is one of our favorite dishes in this restaurant, but this time the portion was huuuuge 😁 it was delicious 🤤 slightly spicy and full of veggies - the eggplant is good the first 10 minutes though, while it's still a bit crispy and haven't soaked up all of the juice.. Mega delicious! I was concerned that the eggplant is dipped in eggs before fried, but they told me its egg free. A beautiful and delicious dish, veggies are perfectly cooked and the spicy sauce is 🔝👌Not really healthy, of course, but it's worth it from time to time 😊 #veganisnotscary #chinesefood
