
This consisted of vegan chicken katsu with mac and cheese, and rice. I've had tofu katsu before, but this was my first experience of plant-based chicken katsu, and it was delightful. The katsu sauce was a wonderful mix of spicy, sweet, and sour. As always, the chick’n was crispy on the outside with a tender meaty inside that perfectly mimicked the bird-derived version.
Crispy chickn, sauce, DELICIOUS Mac salad, and perfect texture white rice. I had this 4 times in a week. No regrets! This was everything it presented itself to be and I've been missing mac salad something fierce!
